Skilled Migration
Points-tested visas for skilled professionals. The 189 is independent (no state sponsorship required), the 190 requires state/territory nomination for extra points, and the 491 is a regional provisional pathway with a 5-year regional work requirement before PR.
Employer Sponsorship
The Temporary Skill Shortage (482) visa lets Australian employers sponsor overseas workers for up to 4 years. The Employer Nomination Scheme (186) provides a direct permanent residence pathway where the employer nominates the worker for ongoing employment.
Business Innovation & Investment
For business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs. The 188 provisional visa has multiple streams including Business Innovation, Investor, Significant Investor, and Entrepreneur. After meeting the conditions, the 888 permanent visa is granted.
Global Talent Visa
A fast-tracked permanent visa for highly distinguished individuals in priority sectors including AgriFood tech, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, health, and advanced manufacturing. Requires a nomination from an Australian organisation or GlobalTalent@homeaffairs.

For occupations on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). Eligible for Employer Nomination (186) permanent residence after 3 years.
For employers with a labour agreement allowing them to sponsor workers outside the standard TSS framework. Requires Department pre-approval.
The employer applies for SBS approval. We assist employers with all documentation and the approval process.
The employer nominates the position. We ensure the occupation, salary (TSMIT), and Labour Market Testing evidence are correct.
We prepare and lodge the visa application with all supporting documents — skills, English, health, and character evidence.
Upon grant, the worker can commence employment. We advise on any conditions, reporting obligations, and the PR pathway timeline.
